About the role
- Tech Lead Java responsible for defining project architecture and guiding development teams at Atos. Collaborating in an Agile environment and promoting best practices in software development.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical architecture of projects and ensure consistency of technology choices.
- Lead and support a team of developers to ensure their skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Design, develop, and optimize applications in Java and Angular or ReactJS.
- Oversee the implementation and improvement of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins.
- Ensure code quality by establishing development standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated tests.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align technical solutions with functional requirements.
- Serve as a technical reference and propose innovative solutions to address project challenges.
- Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience in development and technical leadership.
- Excellent command of Java and Angular or ReactJS.
- Expertise in software architectures (microservices, cloud, RESTful APIs, etc.).
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with continuous integration and deployment tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Good knowledge of DevOps practices and automation principles.
- Natural leadership and ability to unite and motivate a technical team.
- Rigour, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- English proficiency is a plus.
