- Familiarity with design developments in offshore wind industry, statutory regulations, codes of practice, and standards
- Proficiency in the use of software such as ANSYS, SESAM, SACS, STAADPRO
- Solid theoretical foundation supported by practical experience in offshore structural activities such as transportation and installation procedures, design for manufacturability and offshore environmental loading
