Responsibilities
- Executing and steering technical delivery of projects (process safety scope)
- Collaborating with other disciplines on design projects
- Producing or providing input to proposals
- Providing quality technical advice to clients and internal teams
- Overseeing and coaching juniors (delegating tasks and checking calculations and deliverables)
Requirements
- University Degree in an appropriate science, engineering, or equivalent experience and qualification
- Experience working in highly regulated process and energy related industries
- Ability to provide a customer-focused service
- Motivated to meet delivery/cost targets without compromising quality
- Prior experience in consequence modelling software for Major Accident Hazard scenarios
- Knowledge of legislative requirements associated with major hazards, examples of which may include COMAH & DSEAR
- Ability to prepare proposals, coordinate bids/proposals and win new projects
- Proven collaboration skills to work within multi-disciplinary teams
