Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust Sitecore solutions using **Sitecore XM**
- Build and maintain **headless and traditional Sitecore implementations**
- Develop custom components, templates, pipelines, and integrations
- Implement and optimize **Sitecore JSS**, APIs, and personalization features
- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps, QA)
- Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term fixes
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Contribute to architectural decisions and platform roadmap planning
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience with **Sitecore CMS**
- Strong expertise in **C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC**
- Experience with **Sitecore XP/XM** (certifications a plus), **Sitecore Serialization **and** Sitecore CLI**
- Hands-on experience with **Sitecore JSS / Headless CMS**
- Proficiency with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** and modern frontend concepts
- Experience with **REST APIs, JSON, and integrations**
- Solid understanding of **Sitecore content modeling and personalization**
- Experience with **Azure**, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
- Familiarity with **SQL Server** and Sitecore data architecture
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
