About the role
- Occupational Therapist providing rehabilitation and therapy services at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital. Working Monday through Friday during day shifts, without weekends or holidays.
Responsibilities
- Work 100% FTE, Day shift, Monday through Friday, Variable hours, generally 0800 - 1630, No weekends or holidays.
- Provide rehabilitation and therapy services at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Required
- CPR certification/bi-annual. Required
- An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
