About the role
- Intern in Design & Construction at Art-Invest Real Estate Management, learning the complete real estate cycle and supporting projects from planning to handover.
Responsibilities
- Learn the full real estate lifecycle within the company
- Support projects from construction planning and securing building permits and approvals through to final inspection and handover to tenants or buyers
- Assist in ensuring the timely, quality- and cost-compliant execution of all on-site work
- Coordinate all trades and subcontractors
- Review tender documents and participate in negotiations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture)
- Some practical work experience, e.g., through internships in the construction or real estate industry
- Proficient with standard Office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Interest in the real estate business
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to learning new areas of responsibility
- Strong communication skills with good German and English language skills
