About the role
- Expert Naturopathe responsable du rayon huiles essentielles à Aroma-Zone. Accompagnement et conseil des clients sur les huiles essentielles et les cosmétiques en boutique.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone product range
- Advise on cosmetic products and homemade cosmetic formulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and well-being in store
- Coordinate new product launches within the department
- Ensure the safety of property and people in the department
- Provide customers with informational materials and organize in-store workshops and demonstrations
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Represent the company to the press when required
Requirements
- Qualified Naturopath (diploma required)
- Strong knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts
- Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products (diffusers and related accessories)
- Passion for retail sales and customer advising
- Energetic and versatile
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and detail-oriented
- High standards for cleanliness and customer reception
- Fluent French (native-level)
- Good spoken English
- Proficiency in wellness massage techniques
