About the role

  • Adjoint(e) Responsable Boutique overseeing operational management and customer experience in Aroma-Zone's Paris shop. Leading teams to ensure top service and sales goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store's organization and day-to-day operational oversight
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support the teams
  • Lead and manage all store activities
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer sales recording and payment transactions
  • Ensure the overall upkeep and presentation of the store
  • Lead, organize, and motivate team members
  • Continuously train staff on sales concepts and techniques
  • Ensure all teams master and follow procedures
  • Manage teams in the Store Manager's absence
  • Oversee and manage store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

  • Commercial/business education
  • 3–5 years' experience in a busy retail store
  • Knowledge of cosmetic and/or organic products is an asset
  • Proficiency in French, written and spoken
  • Good spoken English
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and POS systems (ideally Cegid)
  • Hands-on approach, strong customer service and commercial awareness
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Coaching ability and strong customer-service orientation
  • Team player with proven management skills
  • Autonomous, diplomatic, able to manage priorities
  • Versatile, dynamic, hands-on, business-oriented
  • Results-driven and focused on team coordination
