Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and availability of the Teamcenter solution and its updates
- Actively contribute to the availability and continuous improvement of the application
- Promote coordination between different activities and stakeholders
- Define, perform and improve deployments of released versions across different environments
- Ensure operational maintenance and readiness of environments
- Participate in and coordinate problem analysis phases
- Define deployment procedures for releases within the information system context
- Install releases on the environments for which you will be responsible
- Analyze encountered issues, lead resolution phases, and identify root causes
- Promote automation and ensure continuous improvement of operations
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, systems engineering or an equivalent field
- Experience with Teamcenter solution installations
- Experience with SQL Server, Windows and Linux operating systems, and virtualized environments
- Experience with scripting
- Experience managing complex architectures (distributed environments)
- Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies, or SAFe
