About the role

  • Design and implement structured change management, communication, and stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive change plans and programs to support change and transition initiatives.
  • Develop insights related to change management risks and impacts.
  • Create actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, engagement roadmap, impact analysis, or resistance management plan.
  • Identify metrics and approach to measure user adoption.
  • Coach clients and workstream leads regarding OCM best practices, lessons learned, and current trends.
  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change.
  • Facilitate workshops to plan and reinforce change initiatives.
  • Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to the Project/Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change Management, Behavioral Economics, Communication, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading change management and communication efforts.
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner or equivalent (e.g. Kotter, CCMP).
  • Familiarity with technology implementations.
  • Experience applying EHS concepts to management systems.
  • Experience with one or more of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems or quality management systems.
