Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the PR strategic plan for Aramis Inc. and its brands (Aramis, Urban and Aramis Next), ensuring clarity, consistency and impact.
  • Translate the corporate and brand positioning into clear, relevant narratives for the media, influencers and consumers, reinforcing positioning, innovation, lifestyle and competitive differentials.
  • Ensure integration between campaigns, brand movements and communications for media and influencers.
  • Build and strengthen Aramis Inc.'s corporate reputation, focusing on innovation, business and organizational culture.
  • Manage corporate storylines, business data, executive positioning, press releases and media inquiries.
  • Prepare and support spokespeople for interviews, panels and strategic events.
  • Create proprietary narratives that reinforce the company's vision for the future.
  • Develop proprietary narratives that translate product launches, campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the PR strategies for each brand, connecting launches, campaigns, events and activations to a robust, proprietary communications calendar.
  • Develop communication plans per campaign (press + digital + influencers + branded content).
  • Ensure each brand has a relevant and coherent presence in fashion, lifestyle and culture conversations.
  • Build the influencer ecosystem for the brands and the company, including always-on squads, ambassadors and strategic collaborations.
  • Define criteria for mapping, hiring, measurement and governance.
  • Implement a data-driven vision, considering KPIs such as reach, engagement, sessions, revenue, new customers, CPE, COS and CAC.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic influencers, stylists, creators and cultural hubs.
  • Collaborate with internal content and social teams to ensure alignment between narrative, aesthetics and digital presence.
  • Identify and lead cultural, behavioral and institutional partnerships that expand brands' relevance and legitimacy.
  • Connect external initiatives (events, collectives, social movements, fashion, lifestyle) to brand positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize Aramis Inc.'s Reputation Score, combining press PR and influencer marketing.
  • Implement clear KPIs to measure reputational impact: share of voice, mentions, sentiment, potential reach, cultural relevance, among others.
  • Build mechanisms to anticipate and mitigate reputational risks.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the media, creators, executives, partners and business leaders.
  • Manage crises, public positions and sensitive communications when necessary.
  • Build strategic partnerships with outlets, content hubs and platforms.
  • Lead the PR team, ensuring strategic vision, executional excellence and a collaborative culture.
  • Guide vendors, PR agencies, creators and strategic partners.
  • Create clear internal processes, governance flows and alignment routines with other areas.
  • Promote a high-performance, innovative environment that encourages ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Solid experience in Branding, PR and reputation management (corporate and/or brand).
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into narrative.
  • Integrated view of marketing, PR, content, social media and influencer programs.
  • Knowledge of reputation and performance metrics (PR + influencers + social).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on, strategic, organized and results-oriented profile.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle or aspirational brands. Experience with influencer squads, ambassadors and digital PR. Knowledge of strategic branding and identity building. Experience with crisis management and reputational governance. Sense of cultural trends and broad repertoire in behavior, style and lifestyle.
