About the role

  • Backend Webdeveloper creating tailored web solutions for enterprise clients in Linz. Collaborating closely with project teams and ensuring quality through testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • As a Backend Web Developer, you work closely within the project team with project management, concept/design and graphics as well as frontend development.
  • You implement custom web solutions for national and international clients.
  • You develop sustainable applications using modern PHP technologies according to defined specifications and internal standards.
  • You analyze requirements and actively contribute to technical concepts, solution architectures and specifications.
  • You ensure the quality of your developments through testing and documentation and are responsible for the maintenance, operation and further development of existing applications.
  • You use AI assistance and automation strategically to make tasks more efficient and to continuously optimize processes.
  • You provide technical support to junior developers in day-to-day project work and actively share your knowledge within the team.

Requirements

  • You have more than 2 years of experience in backend development and are either a mid-level developer ready to take the next step or already established as a senior.
  • You work independently, are willing to try new approaches and show interest in using AI assistance in development.
  • You are comfortable with PHP and motivated to further develop your technical skills in this area.
  • Knowledge of TYPO3 is a plus.
  • You have German language skills at least at B2 level.
