About the role
- Intern supporting advanced process control tasks in Automation & Digitalization at ANDRITZ. Engaging in software installation and testing of control systems with team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration of Brainwave advanced process control software;
- Assist with I/O mapping activities and validation of control logic in the IDEAS simulator;
- Review and modify PLC or DCS programs;
- Support tests of OPC communication between control systems (supervisory/SCADA), emulation (PLC) and simulation (IDEAS);
- Install industrial control software (SCADA, PLC/DCS emulators, OPC servers, IDEAS, etc.);
- Perform dynamic process modeling using IDEAS software;
- Conduct supervised technical site visits.
