About the role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Interpret and review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and other documentation.
- Resolve any technical issues or design conflicts in collaboration with the design and engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and training to site workers when required.
- Monitor material usage and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Having minimum 2 years work experiences
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel to various sites.
- Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects and proficient in English is a plus
