About the role
- Technical Consultant M365 supporting clients in implementing Microsoft Cloud solutions. Collaborating to create efficient and secure digital workplaces with a focus on Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Technical consulting: Advising on and implementing solutions in the areas of collaboration, security and the modern workplace (Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies)
- IT assessment: Analyzing existing environments and developing migration and optimization concepts
- Knowledge transfer: Creating and maintaining knowledge bases and delivering training for customers and internal teams
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with project management, consulting and software development
- Support: Analyzing and resolving technical inquiries and incidents within 2nd-level support, including direct customer communication
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance)
- Experience in the technical implementation and administration of M365 environments
- Understanding of cloud architectures and hybrid scenarios
- Technical aptitude and analytical skills to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation to explain technical topics clearly and provide proactive advice
- Ideally certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or higher
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
