About the role

  • Full-time Outpatient Therapist providing therapy services to children and families across community settings. Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using goal-specific, evidence-based interventions.
  • Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members, primary care providers, and external partners to coordinate integrative care.
  • Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, staff development, and quality assurance activities.
  • Manage insurance panels and ensure practice compliance with departmental guidelines.
  • Assess client progress and coordinate additional supports and resources as necessary.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related service field
  • 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience in mental health
  • Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses
  • Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work across various settings (office, home, community)
  • Basic computer skills and EHR experience
  • Licensure (Preferred): LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS
  • Associate-level licenses (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA) accepted with supervision contract
