- Manage projects related to plant engineering, infrastructure improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Establish guidelines for plant systems to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards.
- Identify and drive cost-reduction opportunities related to utilities and efficiency improvements.
- Support equipment moves, plant consolidations, and expansions to ensure infrastructure readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required; degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, design, lead, and manage projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; 2D CAD experience preferred.
- Foundational business acumen and understanding of capex vs. opex preferred.
