Responsibilities

  • You coordinate the store's daily operations
  • Ongoing development of your team through training and coaching
  • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines
  • Planning of in-store activities
  • Efficient and effective staff scheduling
  • Financial and operational analysis of the store
  • Active sales and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
  • Relevant experience in textile/fashion retail and preferably experience managing a store
  • Strong affinity for numbers and good commercial/financial acumen
  • Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
  • Strong interest in fashion and trends
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
