About the role
- Geologist Project Manager leading projects in geology, groundwater, and geotechnics at WESSLING Consulting Engineering. Coordinating and advising clients while ensuring project success in Bochum.
Responsibilities
- Leitung und Durchführung von abwechslungsreichen Projekten der Abteilung Geologie (Altlasten, Geotechnik, Boden und Grundwasser) am Standort in Bochum
- Betreuung und Beratung von Bestands- und Neukunden
- regelmäßige Überprüfung der Projekt- und Kundenentwicklung im eigenen Bereich
- Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung
- regelmäßiger Austausch mit der Abteilungsleitung zur Festlegung von Vertriebsaktionen
Requirements
- Studienabschluss als Geologe, Geowissenschaftler, Bauingenieur, Umweltingenieur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im genannten Fachbereich von Vorteil
- unternehmerisches Denken, proaktives Handeln und zielorientiertes Arbeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Ergebnis- und Kostenbewusstsein
- sicherer Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
