About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently lead client projects
- Investigation of buildings for contaminants (e.g., asbestos, man-made mineral fibers (KMF/MMMF), PCBs, and PAHs)
- Preparation of quotes, investigation concepts, specifications of services, and expert reports in the field of building contaminants
- Planning of contaminant remediation and subsequent construction management during implementation of measures
- Maintain and expand business relationships with our clients
- Quantity measurement, invoice checks, and change-order reviews as part of site supervision
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, geosciences, natural sciences (m/f/d), or a comparable field, or equivalent further qualifications
- Several years of relevant professional experience or project experience in the described areas
- We also welcome motivated entry-level candidates (m/f/d)
- Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Interest and experience in client support and acquiring new clients
- German language skills: at least C1 level in spoken and written (proficient for social and professional use)
- Occasional travel and a Class B driving license
