• QA Team Lead at IC Markets driving quality strategy and automation for trading platforms. Leading a skilled team to implement robust automation frameworks in a dynamic FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the quality strategy across web-based trading platforms and internal tooling.
• Lead a team of QA engineers, define automation standards, and spearhead AI-assisted testing approaches.
• Build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks, embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with Cloud and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing within AWS-based pipelines.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans focusing on functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted testing workflows, including automated test case generation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a QA professional, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior automation role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end web automation.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions.
• Solid background in API testing using Postman and performance/load testing using k6.
• Experience with test management platforms, preferably QMetry for Jira.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI and LLM-based tools into QA workflows.
