Responsibilities
You will support our clients in implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and help build our internal UKG Pro WFM team.
You will take on project management responsibilities and lead the rollout, configuration, and ongoing optimization of UKG Pro WFM solutions at our clients' sites.
You will analyze existing workforce management processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop tailored strategies.
You will integrate UKG Pro WFM with existing HR, payroll, and ERP systems and ensure smooth data processing.
You will build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities for innovative WFM solutions.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
You will create reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to support decision-making.
You will analyze and optimize working time and shift planning processes to achieve efficiency gains.
You will provide training and support for end users and act as the primary point of contact for technical questions related to UKG Pro WFM.
Requirements
You have a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in Workforce Management.
You are certified in UKG Pro Workforce Management.
You have in-depth knowledge of time management, shift planning, working time models, and compliance requirements.
You have experience implementing and optimizing cloud-based HR or WFM solutions.
You work analytically and solution-oriented and take on a high degree of personal responsibility.
You bring strong communication and consulting skills to collaborate successfully with different business units.
You think and act entrepreneurially, are proactive, and take ownership of your tasks—from idea to implementation.
You can think through problems end-to-end and independently develop sustainable solutions.
You work solution-focused, regularly reflect on your actions, and continuously develop yourself.
You communicate confidently and persuasively in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
