About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Support clients in participating in social activities
- Perform treatment-related care and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Create and update care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)

- Strong team skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
- Desirable: Driver's license (Class B)
