About the role

• Tech Lead overseeing corporate system integrations and technical team management at Agrofel. Ensuring technical excellence and innovation in agricultural products.

Responsibilities

• **Manage the technical development and integrations team**, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering professional development.
• **Provide technical leadership for the evolution and maintenance of corporate systems and mobile/web applications**, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and alignment with business processes.
• **Serve as a technical reference**, mentoring developers and analysts, leading code reviews, and enforcing quality standards (Clean Code, SOLID).
• **Design and maintain integration architectures** between internal systems (CRM, TOTVS, TMS, BPMS, and Dynamics 365) and external platforms, using REST APIs, messaging, and microservices.
• **Plan and drive system implementation, migration, and modernization projects**, applying agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery best practices.
• **Define and oversee automation pipelines** (CI/CD) in Azure DevOps, from build to deployment, ensuring traceability and stability across environments (Dev, Staging, and Production).
• **Manage critical incidents and coordinate technical efforts with internal teams and partners**, ensuring operational availability and reliability.
• **Evaluate and validate deliveries from vendors and technology partners**, ensuring SLAs, technical standards, and compliance.
• **Document and keep architectures, APIs, and integration flows up to date**, ensuring governance and continuity of technical knowledge.
• **Foster technological innovation**, evaluating new tools, frameworks, and solutions that deliver productivity gains and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• Experience as a **Tech Lead, Systems Architect, or Technical Coordinator**, working in complex corporate environments.
• Proven experience in **managing technical teams** and leading integration and development projects.
• Strong knowledge of **integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, microservices, and workflow automation**.
• Hands-on experience with **Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation**.
• Knowledge of **data modeling and integration with analytics platforms** (e.g., Power BI, Data Factory).
• Ability to **translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions**.
• Experience with **agile methodologies** and **system security and governance best practices**.
