About the role
- **Manage the technical development and integrations team**, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering professional development.
- **Provide technical leadership for the evolution and maintenance of corporate systems and mobile/web applications**, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and alignment with business processes.
- **Serve as a technical reference**, mentoring developers and analysts, leading code reviews, and enforcing quality standards (Clean Code, SOLID).
- **Design and maintain integration architectures** between internal systems (CRM, TOTVS, TMS, BPMS, and Dynamics 365) and external platforms, using REST APIs, messaging, and microservices.
- **Plan and drive system implementation, migration, and modernization projects**, applying agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery best practices.
- **Define and oversee automation pipelines** (CI/CD) in Azure DevOps, from build to deployment, ensuring traceability and stability across environments (Dev, Staging, and Production).
- **Manage critical incidents and coordinate technical efforts with internal teams and partners**, ensuring operational availability and reliability.
- **Evaluate and validate deliveries from vendors and technology partners**, ensuring SLAs, technical standards, and compliance.
- **Document and keep architectures, APIs, and integration flows up to date**, ensuring governance and continuity of technical knowledge.
- **Foster technological innovation**, evaluating new tools, frameworks, and solutions that deliver productivity gains and competitive differentiation.
Requirements
- Experience as a **Tech Lead, Systems Architect, or Technical Coordinator**, working in complex corporate environments.
- Proven experience in **managing technical teams** and leading integration and development projects.
- Strong knowledge of **integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, microservices, and workflow automation**.
- Hands-on experience with **Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation**.
- Knowledge of **data modeling and integration with analytics platforms** (e.g., Power BI, Data Factory).
- Ability to **translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions**.
- Experience with **agile methodologies** and **system security and governance best practices**.
