Responsibilities
- Further development and implementation of the quality and risk management system in accordance with legal and internal requirements
- Advising and training employees on QM/RM-related topics
- Active participation in projects across different departments, such as sustainability
- Advising facilities on all matters related to quality and risk management, e.g., in expert panels or projects
- Supporting the facilities' quality management representatives in developing strategies and tools for quality assurance
Requirements
- Degree in health management, nursing science, quality management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality and risk management — ideally in the healthcare sector
- Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of processes; corporate/group experience preferred
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Team player who works in a structured way, thinks analytically and communicates clearly
