Responsibilities
Map the market for medium and large clinics, understanding buying profiles, needs and competition;
Speak with customers, expanding accounts and churned accounts to identify adoption triggers and barriers;
Identify gaps in the value proposition and opportunities for differentiation in the segment;
Structure scenarios and product evolution recommendations with clear trade-offs;
Present analyses and recommendations to leadership with clarity and appropriate confidence levels;
Work closely with Sales to understand challenges in large accounts and product blockers;
Collaborate with Growth Marketing to define the ICP and acquisition/expansion strategies;
Support conversations with customers and prospects, bringing product perspective to commercial decisions;
Lead discovery and influence delivery of priority initiatives for acquisition, activation and retention;
Prioritize product changes that unlock short-term growth without compromising long-term vision;
Align multiple squads, negotiating priorities and translating needs into a clear backlog;
Monitor the health of the enterprise base and define strategies for retention, expansion and increasing perceived value;
Requirements
Senior-level experience in B2B product management, with proven experience in mid-to-large SaaS (enterprise or mid-market), including integrations, complex onboarding and multiple buying stakeholders;
Ability to structure analyses, build scenarios and defend clear recommendations to executive leadership without relying on another team to extract a number or build an argument;
Experience leading discovery and delivery in environments of high ambiguity and imperfect data;
Hands-on mastery of churn, retention, cohorts, LTV/CAC and unit economics — not just as concepts but as decision-making tools;
Experience mobilizing teams and stakeholders who do not report to you: Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Growth. Skilled at building consensus using data and narrative;
Pluses: Experience in healthtech or SaaS for healthcare professionals;
Experience with customer base migration, consolidation or evolution of multi-product portfolios;
Experience with API-first products or B2B integration platforms;
Knowledge of hospital systems or clinical management;
Experience with enterprise sales motions or Product-Led Sales.
