About the role
- Quality Engineer focused on testing iOS/Android applications for Adobe mobile video tools. Collaborating with distributed teams to ensure high quality standards and delivering an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on testing of daily builds on iOS/Android devices and in the simulator
- Work closely with a distributed team of Developers and Quality Engineers on the design and specification of features
- Be a champion for our customers
- Plan and execute test activities for a mobile video editing application
- Create test cases that ensure proper functionality of all implemented features
- Accurately file and verify comprehensive bug reports
- Work in an agile development environment
- Provide accountability and ownership for all tasks and assignments
- Partner with Product Management and Design to contribute to the product experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years equivalent industry experience
- Experience testing application software on iOS/Android
- Experience editing video with mobile tools are a huge plus
- Regularly contributing to TikTok and Instagram is a huge plus
- Passion for testing software and a curiosity/excitement for technology
- Practical and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Good time management and strong attention to detail
- Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction
