About the role
- Functional Support role for MTS-1 software deployment and user assistance in ADEO. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize user experience in a growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the growth and rollout of MTS-1 for internal users and clients.
- Contribute to the functional development of the software and the continuous improvement of the user experience.
- Collaborate with an expanding multidisciplinary team using agile, results-oriented methods.
- Respond to user requests and provide assistance to enable effective use of MTS-1 under optimal conditions.
- Write and update product documentation and tutorials tailored to each business area.
- Participate in testing new releases.
Requirements
- Experience in functional or technical support, ideally with business software or in a logistics/transport environment
- Comfortable using ticketing and incident-tracking tools
- Ability to understand the operation of complex software and diagnose issues
- Practical knowledge of collaboration and office tools
- Ability to write clear user guides and tutorials
- Proficiency in English or another language is a plus for interacting with international teams or clients.
