About the role

• Process Safety Consultant working with clients on process safety and risk management in Hydrogen, Green Energy, Oil & Gas. Join AcuTech for projects that leverage expert engineering skills in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on projects spanning all aspects of process safety and risk management.
• Proactively apply engineering and problem-solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives while seeking out leadership and growth opportunities.
• Facilitate PHA's, incident investigations, MOC, and various other process safety management needs.

Requirements

• A Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client service.
• Between 7 and 12 years of experience in technical process safety, across the Hydrogen Fuels, Oil & Gas industry or Chemical and Petrochemical industries.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills;
• Self-learner, self-motivated, organized, able to work effectively under direction of senior engineers, handle multiple work assignments and projects and seek professional growth and development.
• Relevant experience in process safety management, experience in process or engineering design processes, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment.
• Ability to for business development, including but not limited to developing proposals and making presentations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills and a consultative approach in supporting customer projects.
• Experience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs
• Candidate must be based in either The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France or United Kingdom and have ability to work in European Union and UK.
