About the role
- Marketing Communication Manager developing and implementing media strategies in a hybrid environment. Responsible for leading both digital and traditional media campaigns for OTC brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated media strategies (incl. print, TV/CTV/ATV, digital, OOH, social media)
- Lead and manage external media and digital agencies, including contract negotiations
- Plan and monitor all communications activities: analytical, performance-oriented, and target-group focused
- Continuously develop and optimize brand websites (SEO, UX, content), including reporting & analytics
- Take responsibility for and creatively execute the social media presence (incl. Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, SEA, etc.) and continuously optimize conversions
- Work closely with brand management, data protection, sales & business development
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role—ideally in the healthcare sector or FMCG
- Deep understanding of media planning, digital communications and content marketing
- Experience managing complex campaigns and leading agencies
- Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality and strategic thinking
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (conferences, meetings, etc.) and enjoyment of teamwork in a respectful work environment
