Responsibilities

- involved with the design and development of test programs to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services
- write test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluate performance standards
- debug test hardware and software
- lead a group of engineers on a technical activity completing it on time and budget
- design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems or subsystems
- review customer specifications and requirements under direction
- specify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems and services
- drive the program design to cost and manufacturing requirements
- communicate clearly with other company personnel and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
- minimum of 5 years of experience
- fluency in technologies and application domain
- ability to lead a technical group independently
- U.S. Citizenship required
- requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance
