About the role

  • Sales Engineer role at Absys Cyborg focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Engaging with clients in hybrid settings across Brest, Nantes, and Rennes.

Responsibilities

  • At the heart of a team with strong expertise, resources, methods and tools, you design commercial proposals tailored to client needs and manage your deals through to closing.
  • Absys Cyborg’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central offering portfolio enables you to address the full range of business requirements for our clients and prospects across all industry sectors.
  • You identify new project opportunities within your territory through your market knowledge, ongoing market monitoring and the close relationships you build with prospects, clients and the ecosystem.
  • In collaboration with Consulting teams, you analyze client needs to provide an appropriate solution while ensuring project feasibility and ensuring compliance with our methodology and processes.
  • You support the client throughout the contracting process and in the follow-up of service delivery.
  • You plan and organize your activity in project mode: you supply KPIs, raise alerts on project deviations, manage reporting, and coordinate and mobilize the internal and external resources required at each stage of the sales process.

Requirements

  • You have significant experience selling technical or software solutions (IT, document management/ECM) or management/ERP software to SME and mid-market clients.
  • Passionate about the digital transformation challenges faced by SMEs and mid-sized companies, you have demonstrated the ability to engage with senior stakeholders (Business Lines, IT and Executive Management) and to understand company needs to support their growth.
  • Your business-oriented mindset enables you to prioritize sustainable results while ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You stand out for your persuasive influence and conviction and know how to coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team to close and run your deals in line with the objectives set.
