Responsibilities
Supporting the Salvage finance function
Processing incoming and outgoing payments
Managing purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
Recording receipts from third-party platforms
Processing financial information across multiple systems
Completing weekly and monthly reconciliations
Communicating with internal teams and external customers
Handling office phone calls, daily post, and general finance duties
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance department
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Well-organised with the ability to manage your own workload
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office packages
A proactive and flexible team player
Reliable, conscientious, and solutions-focused
Benefits
Salary of £28,000 to £31,000, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours
2-month onsite training period
Hybrid working thereafter: 2 days from home, 3 days onsite
