About the role

Full-Stack Software Engineer designing and building core features for a new web platform at 3P, a software specialist for the public sector.

Responsibilities

**What you'll do: **
**Design and build core features **of our new web platform from the ground up.
**Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams** to deliver seamless migration of features and data.
Translate complex business logic from the client application into **clean, efficient, scalable web architecture.**
Work with product managers and UX designers to create elegant, intuitive interfaces.
Contribute to **technical architecture** discussions, and help d**efine standards, tools, and frameworks**.
Ensure **code quality**, performance, and **security** across the stack.
**Mentor junior developers** and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Experiment, optimize, and continuously** push for improvement** in both product and process.

**5+ years of experience** in full-stack software development.
Deep proficiency in modern **JavaScript frameworks** (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (**.NET & Node.js).**
Experience in API design, microservices, and REST or GraphQL architectures.
Solid understanding of **cloud **environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and **DevOps** practices (CI/CD, containers, etc.).
A strong sense of **ownership**, **attention to detail,** and **pride in building high-performing systems.**
Excellent **collaboration** skills — able to work closely with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers.
You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and are willing to come to our office in Kontich at least one to two days per week.
Your **native language is Dutch or French**, and you are also **highly proficient in English.**
**Nice to have:**
Experience in migration projects or legacy modernization.
Background in data modeling and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Interest in performance optimization and front-end architecture.
You’ve built something end-to-end — from prototype to production.
