About the role
- M365 Hero role consulting clients and designing Microsoft solutions. Requires experience with Office 365 and project management.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design an appropriate Microsoft solution.
- You will design and develop solutions tailored to the clients' specific needs.
- You will provide training and end-user support to ensure effective use of the solutions and to resolve issues and questions quickly.
- You will manage project implementation and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- You will advise clients on best practices, security, compliance, and other technical aspects related to Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting and training on the Microsoft platform
- Knowledge of Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory technologies
- Knowledge of cloud architectures and design
- Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages
- Knowledge of networking technologies and security
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
- German and English at B2 level
