About the role
- Intern handling SAP functional tasks at Grupo 3corações. Assisting in managing calls and analyzing SAP environments while supporting users.
Responsibilities
- Manage second-level support tickets, including corrective, preventive, and enhancement requests;
- Perform analyses and configurations in the SAP environment;
- Specify process and system requirements (SAP ecosystem, primarily SAP ERP) and monitor business processes;
- Maintain and improve the ERP systems platform;
- Handle incidents and production issues;
- Provide technical support and assistance to users.
Requirements
- Education: University student in Technology or Business Administration with expected graduation in the first semester of 2027 or later.
- Required: Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, and Slides);
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Understanding of business processes;
- Interest in and ongoing studies related to the field will be an advantage.
