About the role
- Designer creating visual solutions for various media at 1000heads. Collaborating with senior creatives and handling social content, pitches, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Use various techniques to create drafts, storyboards and wireframes
- Produce final design solutions for all media (e.g. logos, social assets, interfaces, websites and app designs) and presentations which best communicate work
- Deck design for varying clients
- Create content for our agency’s social media channels
- Support new business pitches
- Understand project requirements and concepts across a variety of mediums
- Work with Senior Creatives to receive feedback, using it to improve work while working autonomously to execute visionSupport the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
Requirements
- This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in a location that is commutable to the Bogota office
- 2-4 years experience with design. Bonus points if it’s in advertising.
- Skilled with Google Slides and Microsoft powerpoint
- Experience with design software and editing tools, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator. Bonus points for After Effects and Premier
- Ability and willingness to use Gen AI tools to increase productivity
- Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, hierarchy and composition) with a keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Highly creative with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Consistency in quality regardless of project size
