Responsibilities

  • Investigating cell types, circuit architecture, and cellular/circuit modification in mouse and human brain.
  • Conducting experiments using mouse and human tissue culture systems.
  • Performing cellular, circuit, and network-level physiology using techniques including patch-clamp electrophysiology and calcium imaging.
  • Developing and optimizing tools for cell type-specific targeting and manipulation.
  • Collaborating closely with the Principal Investigator.
