About the role
- Werkstudent in Still Design / Art Direction designing Social Media assets for OneTwoSocial. Collaborating with teams to create impactful visual content across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Du gestaltest Social Media Assets , von Feedposts über Ads bis hin zu Visuals, die wirklich auffallen
- Du setzt kreative Ideen um – basierend auf Briefings, Moodboards oder deinen eigenen Vorschlägen
- Du entwickelst Brandlooks weiter und passt Designs plattformgerecht an (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co.)
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kreation, Konzept/Strategie & Content Creation zusammen – für Content, der wirkt
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau & der Pflege von Templates, Designsystemen & visuellen Guidelines
- Du bringst frische Ideen, visuelle Trends & neue Formate ein – bevor sie Mainstream werden
Requirements
- Du studierst in einem relevanten Bereich (Design, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung o. Ä.)
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Social Design – egal ob durch Uni, eigene Projekte oder Praktika
- Du hast 15-20h/Woche Zeit
- Du fühlst Social Media: Ästhetik, Trends, Storytelling – alles, was auf Social funktioniert, inspiriert dich
- Du beherrschst die Adobe Creative Cloud – vor allem Photoshop auf gutem bis sehr gutem Niveau und nutzt es regelmäßig. (Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects nice-to-have)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig – und bringst richtig Lust mit, dich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du bist offen, teamorientiert, gibst Feedback & willst gemeinsam wachsen
- Bonus: Erfahrung mit AI-Tools wie Midjourney, Firefly oder Figma AI
