About the role
- Senior Designer Marke responsible for enhancing Bayer 04's branding and design across all departments. Collaborating closely with teams to deliver high-quality graphic projects and manage brand image.
Responsibilities
- Beraten aller Fachbereiche von Bayer 04 in den Themen Grafik und Design
- Stärken des Markenbild UNTERM KREUZ und Weiterentwicklung innerhalb der Klubstrategie
- Koordination von Grafik- und Designanfragen und deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den Fachteams
- Entwicklung von Designkonzepten und klubübergreifenden, markenstärkenden Kampagnen (u.a. Marke im Raum)
- Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen zu graphischen Projekten von Bayer 04
- Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen rund um Grafik und Design im Markenteam und agile Schnittstelle zu allen Fachbereichen
- Unterstützung operativ rund um die Spieltage von Bayer 04 im Rahmen von Markenaktivierungen
- Graphische Verantwortung und Pflege der internen Markenmanagementplattform (frontify)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Partnern und Dienstleistern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medien-, Kommunikations- oder Grafik-Design oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Grafik- oder Kommunikations-Design, idealerweise im Sportbusiness
- Expertise im Umgang mit KI und KI-gestützten Grafik-Prozessen
- Ausgeprägte Programmkenntnisse, insbesondere in der Adobe Creative Cloud – Animations-Skills sind von Vorteil
- Motivation, Kreativität, Team- sowie Kritik- und Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Affinität zu aktuellen Trends im Branding- und Fußballbereich
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch
- Fähigkeit, den Spagat zwischen Organisation und Kreation zu managen und (neue) Prozesse erfolgreich zu implementieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
