- Leading and motivating project teams to ensure all members are engaged and effectively working toward project objectives.
- Developing and managing project budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Providing hands-on support on-site, e.g., conducting installation training or performing sample installation checks.
- Managing and controlling all project change orders.
- Ensuring continuous organizational learning through application of lessons learned or retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Technical knowledge of tracker systems or equivalent areas.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy or a related industry.
- Proven track record in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
