About the role
- Handling a wide range of IT operations tasks — from processing incoming tickets to independently resolving technical challenges
- Administration of client environments and associated software and hardware products
- Maintenance of the system landscape and management of access permissions
- Ensuring support for IT users and the proper functioning of end-user devices
- Regular updates, patch management, and system monitoring
- Early detection and resolution of issues and continuous IT optimization
- Collaboration with business units, internal IT colleagues, and external service providers on application administration and user change management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration with a focus on user support
- Possession of a valid Class B driving license
- Solid knowledge of client management, Windows operating systems, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- High initiative, and an independent, customer-oriented working style
- Open to innovative ideas and willing to critically evaluate the usefulness of work processes
