IT Infrastructure Intern supporting hardware and software systems in a collaborative IT team environment. Gaining hands-on experience while contributing to operational efficiency and security initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software systems.
Support the IT team in managing system resources.
Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Participate in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and network diagrams.
Provide support for IT-related projects and initiatives, including security protocol implementation.
Ensure all IT equipment is inventoried and maintained.
Respond to technical support requests and resolve user issues promptly.
Requirements
Current sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact.
