About the role

Responsibilities
- You will join the “Product Support Services” team and be responsible for supporting our clients (France and international) in using our Web Analytics solution.
- Provide first- and second-line support for our solutions.
- Handle client inquiries, diagnose, analyze and resolve incidents within contractual timeframes.
- Assist clients with the implementation of our solutions, building a trusting relationship with them.
- Ensure client satisfaction and help them optimize their online activity using our solutions.
- Deliver client training modules (on-site and remote).
- Work closely with clients’ Marketing / E‑commerce departments as well as their technical teams or external service providers.
Requirements
- Mandatory fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Minimum education: Bac+2 (equivalent to an associate degree)
- Strong knowledge of website creation and management (HTML, JavaScript)
- Keen interest in Web Analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills (project management)
- Strong pedagogical skills
