About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and account management teams to deliver strong performance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on execution and market positioning.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Own decision-making for major account strategies, deal approvals, and commercial partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior or director-level role.
  • Proven track record in sales strategy, business development, and partner management.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in **English and Arabic** (written and spoken).
