About the role

  • Account Manager driving customer success and revenue growth in life sciences vertical. Collaborating with innovative clients to maximize value from Patsnap’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for an account pack consisting of our customers, working towards a net renewal and expansion target (80% renewal, 20% expansion)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with some of the world’s greatest innovators
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your account pack
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, conduct customer Kick-off’s and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Prioritize tasks while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Consistently deliver rolling 90-day forecasts
  • Keep up to date with all major product updates and articulate their value to our clients
  • Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to show aptitude for using these things: Outreach, Salesforce, Pendo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools within the Patsnap tech stack
  • Use internal and external resources to master Account Management concepts in SaaS and become a Patsnap subject matter expert

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or client facing roles
  • Leads by example and exemplifies Patsnap’s iLOGIC values
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow quickly
  • Curious, adaptable and thrive working in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Foundational understanding of Sales Methodologies
  • Foundational understanding Customer Success in SaaS
  • Comfortable presenting to both end users and decision-makers
  • A team player when it comes to internal collaboration
  • Education or sales experience in life sciences industry highly beneficial
