Responsibilities
Close collaboration with stakeholders and the business product team to translate business requirements into actionable features
Evaluate new requirements and features in terms of value, effort, and cost-effectiveness to ensure value maximization
Actively participate in refinements, sprint planning, and reviews
Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria to support the development process
Responsible for agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) as well as continuous stakeholder management and requirements analysis
Requirements
Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, UX, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Ideally certified (e.g., PSPO, CSPO) or holding an equivalent qualification
Experience with common tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar applications
Good understanding of UX/UI, technical concepts, digital products, software development, and business processes
Very good German and English skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Customer- and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to successfully balance differing interests within the team
