About the role
- Product Manager driving development of digital products at ValueNet Group. Collaborating between business, tech, and UX in a hybrid work environment in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with stakeholders and the business product team to translate business requirements into actionable features
- Evaluate new requirements and features in terms of value, effort, and cost-effectiveness to ensure value maximization
- Actively participate in refinements, sprint planning, and reviews
- Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria to support the development process
- Responsible for agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) as well as continuous stakeholder management and requirements analysis
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, UX, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ideally certified (e.g., PSPO, CSPO) or holding an equivalent qualification
- Experience with common tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar applications
- Good understanding of UX/UI, technical concepts, digital products, software development, and business processes
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to successfully balance differing interests within the team
