About the role

- Develop meaningful connections with leadership of companies served

- Maintain relationship profitability & portfolio risk
- Ensure the profitable growth of the portfolio including loans, deposits, & fee income
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of up to 7 years in a commercial lending role
- Demonstrated experience in sales to small businesses
- Credit knowledge and credit underwriting knowledge
- Strategic industry sales knowledge (bonus points)
- Marketing abilities to those industries (bonus points)
