About the role

  • Administrative Support Specialist providing direct support for medical professionals in a fast-paced healthcare organization. Managing communications and administrative tasks while ensuring HIPAA compliance and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle high daily call volume with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate communication between physicians, radiologists, technologists, and referring provider offices
  • Relay time-sensitive clinical information accurately
  • Provide direct administrative support to medical professionals
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume phone experience (medical setting preferred)
  • Experience supporting physicians or clinical teams
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
