About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and selection to interviews, negotiation, and hiring.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical needs and requirements.
- Use various sourcing techniques across LATAM, including social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top candidates.
- Work independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
- Provide updates to Hiring Managers on the progress of recruitment processes and offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter working for mid to large BPO or outsourcing firms.
- Successfully placed many IT roles (from Dev related to ERP, CRM and other disciplines) for US companies.
- Experience sourcing candidates across Latin America using various tools and strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of IT functions and the technical skills required for various positions.
- Experience conducting interviews in English (validating technical skills and soft skills).
- Experience working with ATS systems (Lever) and other tools including AI tools.
- Must be a hunter for searching candidates and have a large rolodex of professionals across LATAM.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
