Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and selection to interviews, negotiation, and hiring.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical needs and requirements.
Use various sourcing techniques across LATAM, including social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top candidates.
Work independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Provide updates to Hiring Managers on the progress of recruitment processes and offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter working for mid to large BPO or outsourcing firms.
Successfully placed many IT roles (from Dev related to ERP, CRM and other disciplines) for US companies.
Experience sourcing candidates across Latin America using various tools and strategies.
In-depth knowledge of IT functions and the technical skills required for various positions.
Experience conducting interviews in English (validating technical skills and soft skills).
Experience working with ATS systems (Lever) and other tools including AI tools.
Must be a hunter for searching candidates and have a large rolodex of professionals across LATAM.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
